A native Angeleno, Jason began his escrow career in 2001 with City National Bank. Since then, he has built an impressive resume working with respected independent escrow firms.

Throughout his career, Jason has supported high-liability real estate transactions with professionalism and precision. Known for his deep industry knowledge and steadfast reliability, he takes pride in supporting seasoned escrow officers and ensuring a smooth, high-quality escrow experience for clients. Jason is a passionate sports fan who enjoys cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers and his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.

Sophia Anderson joins Agency Escrow, as a Certified Senior Escrow Officer, bringing decades of expertise from her extensive career in the escrow industry. Sophia gained comprehensive experience in various types of escrows, including refinance and loan escrows, residential resale, 1031 exchanges, tenant relocation, commercial, industrial and more. Sophia served as Director of Escrow Operations, Human Resources Administrator, and Office Manager, all while managing a highly profitable and successful desk. Sophia has since worked at several nationally acclaimed Title and Escrow companies, where she excelled as a Certified Senior Escrow Officer.

Outside of the office, Sophia is an active supporter of numerous charities, including Autism Speaks, APLA, ASPCA, LA Midnight Mission, Make A Wish Foundation and American Suicide Prevention.

Mateo Taylor has been in the escrow industry for over 28 years. His extensive knowledge and experience in residential and commercial escrow has helped guide many complicated escrows to successful and happy conclusions for his clients. Mateo still runs an active desk. He feels that he is part of a client’s “life event” – purchasing a home or investment – and understands that it is important to handle each and every transaction with the utmost care and attention to detail. Mateo is a Member of the California Escrow Association and Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors. He is a Board Member of the Christmas Tree Lane Association in Altadena, and very active in this 100% volunteer organization. During his free time, Mateo enjoys international travel, and spending time with friends and family, including his beloved dogs.

Evelyn Miller has been in Real Estate for more than 25 years, working in both the mortgage and escrow industries. She is very knowledgeable and able to explain escrow paperwork easily and succinctly, while working efficiently with Lenders, Title Companies, Agents, Buyers and Sellers. Natalie handles residential and commercial sales and refinances, and is deeply invested in helping clients understand their transactions. Natalie lives in Los Angeles with her husband, dogs, cat, rabbit and chickens. She’s an avid painter, musician and all around creative person.

Timothy Bryant has worked in the escrow and banking industry for more than 10 years. In the escrow industry, he handled in particular, large, complex commercial transactions which called for organization and careful attention to detail. In the banking industry, he became well versed in the intricate resolution of complaints and issues.

Outside of work, Timothy cherishes spending time with his family. He has a deep love for nature, with a particular fondness for the ocean, where he finds peace and inspiration.
